Bidrico drinking water (Including 500ml bottle, 350ml bottle, 19l bottle with faucet, 19l bottle upside down) is produced according to QCVN 6-1:2010BYT standard. The production process always complies with strict standards of quality management according to ISO 9001: 2015, HACCP and regulations of the Food Safety Management Board – Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.

Water treatment process

• Step 1: Tap  water is added with NaOH (caustic soda) to adjust the appropriate pH (6.5 ÷ 8.0).

• Step 2: Generate Ozone in water to remove Manganese

• Step 3: Water continues to be pumped through a coarse, sand and gravel filter system and through a 5µm bag filter.

• Step 4: Water is pumped into the rain rig, through a sand and gravel filter system (to remove Iron and Manganese) and poured into a storage tank.

• Step 5: The water in the storage tank is pumped through an activated carbon filter system (to deodorize water), 5 µm bag filter, 1 µm fine filter, through ion exchange columns, 1 µm fine filter, Ozone generated and put through a UV lamp to sterilize, then put into a water tank for production

• Step 6: Before being put into the production of bottled drinking water, the water from the tank continues to be pumped through the 1µm fine filter system, 0.2µm fine filter system and put into the tank to be sterilized with Ozone, UV light system and then put into into production.
