HEAD OF ELECTRO-MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT

Requirements:

  • Graduated from University or College majoring in: Electricity, Mechanical Engineering. Have at least 10 years of practical experience in manufacturing, technology, and food processing companies.
  • Have at least 03 years of experience in management position (Head, Deputy Head).
  • Proficient in computers with office informatics software and related application software, Autocad.
  • Sociable, cheerful, hard-working, and able to withstand high work pressure.
  • Have a progressive spirit, always proactive and sharp in work.
  • Have a sense of responsibility in assigned work, know how to organize and manage personnel and work.

Description:

  • Responsible for managing all personnel in the Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Manage the operations of the Electro-Mechanical Department including two equipment repair, maintenance and manufacturing teams and an automobile mechanical team.
  • Make work plans for all employees in the Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Write work procedures related to the Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Carry out professional training for new employees.
  • Evaluate staff’s professional capacity and make retraining plan for staff of Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Mainly responsible for planning and organizing the installation of machinery and equipment at the company.
  • Research the operating principles of production lines to come up with the most effective operation and usage plan.
  • Direct employees in the Electro-Mechanical Department to repair problems that arise daily in the entire production area (beverage production workshop and plastic packaging workshop).
  • Make annual plan for overhaul, medial repair, and minor repair of factory equipment and machinery.
  • Promptly propose replacement and additional materials and components for production lines.
  • Evaluate the quality and suitability of materials, components, and accessories imported to the warehouse as proposed by the Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Make a plan for maintenance, inspection and repair of all office machinery and equipment.
  • Make weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly plan and report implementation results to the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities of the Electro-Mechanical Department.
  • Coordinate activities of groups: Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration on the status of equipment, machinery and vehicles to ensure that the equipment is always in good condition, meeting the company’s production and transportation requirements.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate and support the Board of Foremen of production and plastic workshops.
  • Manage tools and instruments of the Electro-Mechanical Department and Electro-Mechanical Department staff.
  • Provide new technical solutions to improve and increase the life of machinery and equipment, improve productivity and product quality.
  • Analyze the causes of technical-related product errors, direct solutions and present prevention plans.
  • Participate in directing the implementation of fire prevention, environment, and Occupational Safety and Health throughout the company.
