Requirements:

• Graduated from University or College majoring in: Electricity, Mechanical Engineering. Have at least 5 years of practical experience in the PET plastic industry.
• Have at least 02 years of management experience in the PET plastic industry (Foreman, Deputy Foreman).
• Proficient in using computers with office informatics software and related application software.
• Sociable, cheerful, hard-working, and able to withstand high work pressure.
• Have a progressive spirit, always proactive and sharp in work.
• Have a sense of responsibility in assigned work, know how to organize work, and be dedicated to work.

Description:

• Understand the operating principles of PET, PEHD, and PE film injection and blowing machines.
• Knowledgeable about PET plastic molds (injection molds and blow molds).
• Understand the process of PET and PE plastic injection and blowing.
• Know the techniques of adjusting PET plastic machines (preform molding machine and bottle blowing machine), PEHD injection molding machine and PE film blowing machine.
• Manage, operate, assign and arrange plastic workshops.
• Urge, inspect and supervise workshop workers to comply with technological processes, production processes, quality and progress.
• Assign, supervise, urge and guide workers to properly implement regulations on labor regulations, especially safety, labor hygiene, factory hygiene and the environment.
• Determine human resource needs, coordinate with human resources department to conduct recruitment and training.
• Manage, train, assign and arrange work for workers in the workshop.
• Organize periodic repair and maintenance of production equipment.
• Arrange positions and jobs for affiliated employees and organize skills inspection.
• Receive production orders, check inventory, arrange warehouses and spare parts warehouses for the PET plastic industry.
• Other works assigned by the General Director.
