BIDRICO RECEIVED THE “INTERNATIONAL QUALITY SUMMIT AWARD IN THE DIAMOND CATEGORY 2014” IN NEW YORK – USA
On May 26, 2014, within the framework of the International Quality Summit 2014, Tan Quang Minh Manufacture & Trading Co., Ltd. – Bidrico was honored to be voted and awarded the “International Quality Summit in the Diamond Category” by Business Initiative Directions (BID).
This year’s submit awarded recognition awards to representative enterprises from 49 countries with outstanding achievements in service quality, maintenance, continuous development and innovation, enterprises with high reputation in the business field of leading products and services, typical for enterprises operating in the same industrial and service sectors with a commitment to management, technology and creativity; for this purpose, the voting process was carried out during the BID International Congress which took place in major cities across the continents such as Paris, London, Geneva, Frankfurt, Madrid and New York over the past ten months, based on the criteria: QC 100 Total Quality Management Process, customer satisfaction, management ability, leadership, technology, corporate culture, business results business, and ISO 9000.
BID – Business Initiative Directions, headquartered in Madrid – Spain and founded by leaders from 90 leading countries in the world, is an organization operating in the field of corporate communications with the goal of building reputation and brand for enterprises through evaluating product quality. Annually, BID votes and awards prizes to enterprises operating in many different industries and fields around the world. To be on the List of annual awards of BID, enterprises must go through many rigorous review procedures by the Jury (including: experienced business experts around the world, engineers, physicists, mathematicians, economists, psychologists, journalists, designers and architects, etc.), and are selected based on the criteria of QC 100 Total Quality Management: Customer satisfaction; Communication strategy; Benchmarks; Information and data analysis; Leader; Plan and decision making; Personnel; Continuing Education and Training; Process and production; Financial results; Business results; ISO 9000; and TQM.
In 2011, Bidrico Company was honored to be awarded the “Leading Quality International Star Award in the Gold Category” by BID in France. In 2012, Bidrico continued to take a new step forward with the “Century International Platinum Quality ERA” Award in Switzerland. In 2013, Bidrico Company was honored to be awarded the “International Quality Crown in the Diamond Category” by BID in UK. In 2014, Bidrico continued to affirm the excellence in service quality, commitment to management, technology and creativity of Vietnamese enterprises through the “International Quality Crown in the Diamond Category” Award in New York, USA.
